im not sure what you are asking but the game runs on your pc, you will need use a long usb c cable plugged into the quest while playing or use airlink/virtual desktop

There is a pop-up that comes up on the quest when you plug it in to your computer or laptop and you have to press allow access. That may not be your problem, but if it is, do that.

It was made natively for the quest, unless you get very lucky and your headset has similar bindings/settings to a quest you cant play it

He didn't, "vr god help" is trolling us, giving false hope (vr god help is a bitch). EXE files are executable files that can only run on Windows, and you would need an APK, which Dani unfortunately hasn't provided.

vr god help says that you can use Sidequest to sideload a EXE file. He never mentions anything about Oculus Link and ALVR.

you also need a VR Capable PC to play it

The main executable file is an EXE, which can't run on the Quest 2 or Quest 1. Only APK's can.
