Since you made this in unity, I might be able to open it in unity and make an Oculus Quest version. First thing is, I would have to switch the build from PC to Android (because the Oculus Quest runs on android) and reduce the amount of particles.
i was able to download the game on the headset and i found the file for it, but i dont know how start it up. -_- very sad. i guess i need pc. it would be easier to get to if it was on webxr or sidequest.
To run normal pc games on the quest you need to run normal pc games. If i had quest instead of rift i would buy one so i can play more VR games like half life alyx. You will also be able to mod Beat saber if yo buy it through steam
You just download it, extract it and run it. If you're on quest, I don't think you can run it directly on your headset, so you'd have to use link. If you're not on an Oculus headset, I don't think you can play it at all, atleast as far as I'm aware.
Sorry for taking 152 days to respond, mine runs at 90fps as well on a Rift CV1, rx 570 and an r 1600x, so the crashes certainly aren't due to the specs
adb drivers and a usb a to usb c cable, literally what you would need to put it on a quest without sidequest. turning it into an apk is pretty easy then upload it. sidequest does everything from there

it should work on any steam VR headset im not 100% sure though

You need to extract it into a Folder :D
But after extracting you can put it everywhere.

But he used oculus link to develop the game. I assume he could build it for the oculus quest platform but i highly doubt it
you can use the charger cable to use the Quest with Oculus Link

The point of the game is that you can do everything with VR. You cant just port any VR game to PC. Thats not how it works.

It's coded for PC.
the problem is that this is a .exe (native to windows) and oculus uses android (which uses .apk)

You cant, you have to use the Oculus Link feature (Connect you PC with the quest)

im a unity dev and a lot of the time you do have to do a lot of optimization tweaks.

Not necessarily. There is Unity tools to do this with the XR toolkit, but the game might be a bit too demanding to run in VR in the web.

It should work with the Rift S, but it's alot more playable on quest as he mentioned.
Keep inmind it won't work unless you enable unknown sources in the Oculus app. To do this, go to Settings>General and turn it on.

Well technically no, as he uses the Link. So if I'm correct it's PCVR and not for the Quest, although playable with the Quest.
