You probably need to use a PC with a Link cable or AirLink. Either that, or you find some convoluted method to convert it into an APK file and install it with SideQuest. But I think that needs a PC too.
If you mean with SideQuest, then, just open it with SideQuest. I'm not sure if it's actually possible to convert EXEs to APKs though because I know literally nothing about APKs. So maybe that's the issue.
no, the game would have to be ported, you might be able to export it like that from unity with the oculus tools or something but i dont know, and its not optimized for that, although it is pretty simple. for it to be supported natively on quest dani would have to port it (i dont know anything about that so i dont know how hard it is)
