make sure when you have you quest connected to oculus app and in settings press general and enable unkown sources then when your in your quest enable link and oppen up oggabogga hope this helped.

its simple 1. download the files! 2. unpack the files! 3. plug in your quest using the included cable (charging cable) to your gaming PC! 4. open the .exe file in the OggaBogga folder (the unpacked one not the .zip folder)! 5. Put on your Quest and play!
i think you download OggaBogga.zip than when it is done go to your downloads look for OggaBogga.zip than left click and than go to extract all than make sure the bar says war you whant it to go like downloads/new folder/OggaBogga.zip than double click OggaBogga.zip and than look for OggaBogga.
This game does not work on mobile, and he won´t do it for mobile since it would be "Tap to hit the people" since you can´t use motion controllers. The fun factor is using your hands for that.
You need a VR-Headset, in best case an Oculus one, to play. On the quest use Oculus link. This was developed for Oculus glasses so there can be issues when using it with the Vive, SteamVR etc.
Google how to turn off your adblock if you don´t know.
Please inform yourself if your PC is good enough to run the game. Google the specs your glasses need.
